How long should I expect for shipping?


There are numerous factors that can affect shipping times, ranging from the time it takes to make & prepare the order to 'wait times' at customs during shipping.


As our products are made to order, there is a 2-7 day period where the order is prepared before being packed for shipping. This is why it can take up to two (2) weeks for you to receive your order if you are within the USA or Canada.


Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand fulfillment company with facilities worldwide.


Will I be charged with customs for my order?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.


What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at team@housecrew.ca

What should I bring to the basketball sessions?

Players should bring shoes, shorts, shirt, water bottle, and a ball. We encourage players to come dressed ready to train. If you don’t have a ball, one can be provided for you for the session.

Can I watch my child train?

Yes, spectators are welcome in the gym. Although there may be limited seating.

What if I can’t make a session?

If you are unable to make a session, we can credit you for the time missed which you can use at a future date. Please contact us to schedule a make up session to attend.
